It’s so exciting to see Passports With Purpose (PwP) in its sixth year, doing good around the world and increasing (and meeting) the fundraising goal year after year. PwP is the annual travel bloggers’ fundraiser, which chooses a new beneficiary each year. Money is raised by donor bids on wonderful travel prizes, which are contributed by us bloggers and the wonderful companies who donate them.
This year we are raising money for buildOn, the goal being $115,000 to create three primary schools in the Sikasso Region of Mali, Africa, along with three adult literacy programs. buildOn has completed almost 200 schools in this region, providing education for more than 24,000 children each year. The organization has been constructing schools in some of the world’s poorest countries for more than two decades. This is our third year participating in PwP and, as usual, we’re really excited about the work we’re supporting.

You can bid on any of the dozens of selections in the catalog, but we’re thrilled with our prize this year as it takes the winner to another fantastic city: Tallinn, Estonia.
